Coconut Custard recipe
Ingredients:
10 medium eggs.
1 cup of coconut milk.
½ cup of brown sugar.
Pinch of salt.
Boiling water.
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
Thoroughly combine all ingredients (not including boiling water) in a bowl.
Pour mixture into six custard cups; then place the cups into a suitably sized baking pan.
Pour boiling water into the baking pan until it reaches half way up the custard cups.
Bake at for about 35 minutes.
